Paige Dixon is a second-year Masters student in the Clinical Mental Health Counseling program in the Department of Counseling, Educational Psychology and Research at the University of Memphis. She earned a Masters degree in Experimental Psychology from Georgia Southern University in 2017. She received her bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte in 2013.
Paige has clinical experience conducting groups for children, adolescents, and adult victim survivors of domestic violence in psychoeducational school and non-profit settings. Her clinical interests include trauma-informed interventions, neuroscience-informed interventions, and multicultural counseling. Her research interests include the impact of adverse childhood experiences and trauma in relation to resilience, development, and under-served communities. Currently, Paige serves as the vice president of the Diversity Committee.
